AH Data not enabled for updates when it is

I'm getting the message that I do not have the WOW guide enabled for updates when I attempt to import my realms on the WOW gold guide section, see the screen shot below.Capture.JPG

As far as I can tell I do have it set up for auto updates, can you tell me where I'm going wrong please?

On the main window of the client you will see WoW and ESO listed in the middle. Right beside them are 2 small boxes. Make sure the box beside WoW is orange.
