Membership Level is "Basic" after Zygor Elite payment

Hi,

I just joined today and paid for Zygor Elite Subscription (12M) successfully (Invoice 254296). I downloaded the client and successfully login on my PC at home and successfully updated the Zygor guide addon.

However, when I check my account status in the webpage, I found that the membership level of my account is shown as "Basic" and could not found any subscription history in my profile. Did I miss anything?
