The card you tried to use was declined due to insufficient funds and the Paypal attempts were declined because Paypal didn't like the payment method you selected. Try doing Paypal again but with a different payment method.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

The card is a gift card that has full balance on it. The same card is linked to the PayPal. How much of a hold do you put on the card to start the subscription?Comment

It would only be the $9.99 but not all gift cards allow the automatic renewing subscription. Of course that doesn't change that the bank for that card said there was insufficient funds and rejected it.
