Client is not working properly

I just bought Zygor Elite after doing the free trials. When I open the client, it will not allow me to click the Settings button or the wrench Repair button. I tried deleting Zygor off my computer and then reinstalling, but I am still having the same problem. I also deleted the files from the World of Warcraft file in Program Files, however, the client isn't even installing the new files, so I am without the free trial or the client I just bought.

I also forgot to mention that in the top right corner, the arrows just keep spinning and have been for awhile.

Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.
