I am trying to renew my sub with new billing information. I type in the new info and click the "preview payment" but it auto populates with my old billing address while ignoring the new address that I just typed in.
I saw similar posts to my issue on the forums with certain admins deleting old billing information to allow for the new.
If this is possible that would be greatly appreciated.
