Can't sync auction house data with zygor client

What should i do to fix this?

Check your World of Warcraft game there in the GUIDES panel. The box should fill orange.

Where exactly? In the zygor in-game addon or the wow settings?

He means on the desktop client. On the desktop client you have WoW and ESO listed in the middle pane and beside them are 2 small boxes. The box for WoW must be enabled (orange) or the client will not download any of the AH data.
