i just re-upped my subscription, but it still thinks I am a basic member in WOW and doesnt show the guide.

Exit the game, run the desktop client, click the refresh icon at the top right, then use the wrench icon at the bottom right to reinstall the guides.

My Elite Subscription shows as Basic here on the webpage, but billing System still reflects Elite...
