Cancel Subscription

My profile says Im a basic member but I bought a years subscription to Zygor guides? It should be due for renewal soon..
If it is and its automatic renewal then please cancel my subscription. Too expensive to pay for a guide now. Especially when it was supposed to be "free updates for life"
Also a lot of the questing guides say...."go to "name" and the arrow says destination unreachable in orange???

The subscription is now canceled. It will remain valid until 2018-08-09 09:07:20 -0400.

I have also fixed the Members area and that should be showing the subscription properly now.
