Subscription Not Cancelled

I purchased the Elite Subscription in February 2017. At the end of 2017 I cancelled my WoW subscription and came here to cancel this subscription. Even though I have an Elite membership, and can access all the guides, my account only shows basic membership. There is also no way to cancel it, so I used your email form to contact you and asked you to cancel it.

This afternoon, I've received a notification from PayPal that you've renewed the subscription and taken the money from my PayPal account. What do I have to do to get this cancelled?

I'm not seeing anything in the system from your email address. It's possible you might have had a typo in your email address when you submitted the contact form which would have prevented us from being able to find your account or contacting you to find out what the address for the account was. That kind of thing does happen and it's just a guess for why I'm unable to find anything for the email address on your account in our email system. I have taken care of the subscription for you and you should have your money back shortly.
