Trying to do the latest update and get this error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get the same error:

Try right clicking on the small Z icon in the task bar tray (far right side) near the date/time and select Exit. Then right click the desktop shortcut and select to run as administrator to restart the client.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Have you made sure the desktop app is whitelisted in your antivirus? Are you using a VPN? Do you have all updates installed for Windows? As dumb as it sounds, have you tried rebooting your router and modem? There should be nothing preventing the desktop app from updating the guides and no other customers are having any issues with the desktop app doing updates.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Sorry for the late responses, I only play on weekends. Still having this problem. I'm tired of having to reinstall this every week to try to get it to work. I pay monthly and am about to cancel if this doesn't get fixed.

Open the attached zip file and extract the .reg file from within. Then double click on the .reg file to fix the Zygor registry entries and that should allow the installation to finish.Attached FilesBecome a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:
