Activated account but says account locked is this a scam?

Logged in using facebook I paid 9.99 and says it active but cant login on windows downloaded app even after resetting password says account locked nand worthless chat says noone here to help, have I just been scammed?

I just responded via email to the ticket. It's just a login timeout but the wording can make you think it's a full lock on the account. The live chat only runs during the week from 1pm - 9pm EST which is why it's not going here on the weekend.
