Cancel - cant manually do it...?

I just chose to cancel my sub but found that i cannot manually do this...

Please can this be resolved and my subscription ended.

p.s. what kind of site sells you into a 'contract free' agreement and then forces you to go through a middle man in order to cancel said 'non contract' ?

The cancellation process with our payment processor is not an automatic thing. I have to manually cancel it out of the payment processor for everyone and sometimes that can take a little time. We still take care of cancelling the subscriptions, no questions asked, and they are normally processed within 12 hours but most times even faster than that. Yours has already been processed.
