Elite Subscription now showing as Basic

My subscription is only showing as Basic, and was only billed as Basic. System modified my access as a result. I've been Elite for many years.

Just did the client update today and a short time later got an email notice saying my payment option could not be processed via Paypal, i contacted my bank to see if anything was wong on there end and my card is fine, i have been a subscriber for a very long time after i installed the update for the client this happend plz fix it i dont want to lose my subscription

The client update had nothing to do with PayPal rejecting the payment. Please check your email for the response I sent you.
