    Failed to connect to Zygor...

    I've seen this several times with others.

    I do not run an anti-virus. My java is updated. I've got no VPN. I'm no using proxies. I have tried changing my password twice. I just purchased the service and I'm having no luck accessing the guides, which is a major disappointment. Oh yeah, and I have windows firewall disabled (and I don't use any others).

    Also - I attempted the installation on my Macbook as well with the same issue.

      Please make sure you are using your username and not your email address to log into the client.

          Have you tried uninstalling Java completely then get a fresh Java 8 install?

            Issue was with my username!

            /facepalm.

            It's not what I'm used to using and I was adding an extra character.

            Possibly something that the development team might want to consider - is having the application actually return an invalid login/username (401 Invalid Credentials). Mine was simply telling me that it failed to connect which led me to believe it could be a port forwarding issue of sorts.
