Installer not working!

Just checking, make sure your password doesn't contain any special characters (!@#$%^&*) etc. because the Updater doesn't always like them. If you do have any in your password log into the Members area here to change it to just letters and numbers and that should fix it.

My password doesn't contain any of those characters.

Actually, I cant get it to work either. I'm on a Mac using the latest snow leopard. I can install the program itself just fine, but when I hit the update button, it just stands there for ages telling me that it updates, though it doesnt update. My username and password are all correct.

Try Uninstalling your Zygor Guides from your Addons folder completely by taking out anything with the name Zygor in it, also in your WTF files. After you have done that reinstall our Guide and see if this fixes the problem. Sometimes a fresh copy, after we sent out an update, will get you up and running again. Hope this helps.

I can say that that doesnt work either. It tells me that when I try to install it. And it doesnt wanna update.
