Step 20 says you can do all difficulties every week. I started out with Mythic -> Heroic -> Normal at the end of Mythic I had 27/30 now at the end of normal I still have 27/30 you can not get shards from multiple difficulties each week thank you for wasting my time doing the other two difficulties.
Maybe you should have fixed this 4+ years ago when Legion was current as there are over 50+ comments on WoWhead explaining this. THIS is why I have grown to dislike Zygor but its the only guide I have found that does give achievements, mount guides etc even though half of the information is wrong
