    According to WoWHead the quest still exists and it still given by Farmhand Dooka. That is however a breadcrumb quest to get you to Farmer Yoon so there is a possibility that depending on what other stuff you may have done in the area that it is not available for you.

      What I know is I went where Zygor said step 1 to talk to Dooka. Dooka isn't there anymore.....don't know about what Wowhead says. Maybe check it out?
