Grand Hunt is improper for your character

On all of my alts I always get this message while doing the grand hunts. (On my main I never had this issue)
All of the steps of the hunt are loaded correctly, but the warning itself doesn't go away during the hunt.

Is there a workaround to suppress these warnings?

You can do all of the hunts on alts when they are not at renown 5 with Maruuk Centaurs?

Don't know before renown 5, because I always do all the quest or story-only quest before (so i start with the hunts with renown between 10-15)
This alt was on renown 20 with Maruuk Centaurs for example and i have done the quest License to hunt https://www.wowhead.com/quest=70501/license-to-hunt

Am I missing a quest then? https://www.wowhead.com/quest=71231/call-of-the-hunt?
The problem is that Roki (quest giver) only appeared on my main, never on my alts

Once you do License to Hunt on an alt it allows you to do the hunts on the map?
