There seems to be an oddity related to how the item score is functioning. The suggestion is to replace this trinket as the delta is +223 Intellect; however, the piece being replaced actually has more intellect than the suggestion. The +223 Intellect is the amount of intellect on the suggested piece, so it's almost like it's ignoring the intellect on the piece currently equipped.

This seems to be happening with several pieces of gear.

I've deleted all the zygor folders and reinstalled, but same thing.

It is giving your currently equipped item a score of 0 for some reason. I will pass this on to our dev team for them to check on it.

Ok, this looks like it is something we can't fix and is game server side. Here is a response from one of our devs about it.

"Sometimes there is a chance that server gives us item data that is not complete, without any indication that there is more coming. Usually, we either get full tooltip, or RETRIEVING_ITEM_INFO. But if we get tooltip, we have to assume that it is complete. This is the case here. At the time of scoring, we got everything but the stats."

You can see what he's referring to when you look at the old item in the cache: section. The first thing is stats: but that has nothing and that is what is used for calculating an item's score.

This seems to still be happening fairly frequently.

What would cause there to be no stats?

Is there a way to have the item score give a message that one of the items has no stats available? At a glance, would be easier than having to compare stats on each item. If there was a "stats not available message", that would then trigger the human comparison between items.
