Vol'dun - 10-50 - Step 349 Missing Steps to Turn in 2 Quests

Missing Quest turn in "Tattered Note" and "Free Ride" before proceeding to step 349.

Tattered Note turn in is on step 383 and Free Ride turn in is on step 382. We just don't have you turning them in when you expected it.

Well you are by the turn in at that point why wait?

Since I did not create the guide I do not know the reason why there is a wait but I'm sure there was one when it was created.
