Vashj'ir (80-82) - 81-The Call of the Blade is missing!

In Vashj'ir (80-82) (Alliance Guide) after you turn in to Admiral Dvorek 81-A Better Vantage and 81-Caught Off Guard, you can't turn in 81-Upon The Scene of Battle until you get 81-The Call of the Blade from Wavespeaker Valoren (step missing from guide). Completion of 81-The Call of the Blade gives you 81-Upon the Scene of Battle which you then can turn into Admiral Dvorek. Guide is correct after that!
