The Rest and Relaxation quest ID must've changed since yesterday's patch, as the Zygor guide no longer recognizes it as being picked up. Additionally, the npc who gives it to you, Falkhaan Isenstrider, has been moved slightly. He's now standing just outside the Northshire/Elwynn border.
