A correction needs to be made in the following section:

Go to 35.68
Talk to Garlin RedPath
“Standing in front of a tent, near a camp fire”.

Actually, Garlin RedPath is “inside” Crown Guard Tower. As you walk inside the tower, he is standing on the bottom floor, dead center of the structure.

The coordinates are correct.
I think this NPC was in the camp in Western Plaguelands before Cataclysm and Blizzard moved him to Eastern Plaguelands.
There are some tips on moved NPCs that don't fit anymore, coordinates usually are correct.

I didn’t think to add the "FULL" X-Y coordinates (DUH!) I just wrote down what the Zygor drop down display showed me. Next time I will know.

This is the correct coordinates you asked for: 35.57 - 68.90

That is the spot Carlin Redpath is standing on.

The best information for bug reports are faction (Horde / Alliance), guide and step and eventually quest name if there's a problem with that.
At least we mods then save a bit time to look up information on the problem for example at wowhead.com.
In this case the NPC name was sufficient to find out where the problem is. When the coordinates of the NPC are correct but the tip is wrong it's usually because the tip was not changed yet and Blizzard moved around several NPCs with Cataclysm.
