I regularly see this message as well. This past week I have been doing a lot of world quests in BFA, which I unlocked 1+ week ago or so. Sometimes when clicking a WQ to be guided there, or just keep as my focus, Zygor would pop up and say that I did not unlock world quests.... Well if I did not unlock it, I would not be able to see / click on the quests on the map.
Well besides Zygor telling me that I need to be lvl 110 to do certain quests.... while lvl 110 is not a thing anymore...
