Waypoint Arrow Broken for Garrison

When I have to go to my garrison, for any reason, as soon as the step pops up in the guide the arrow freezes. It does not unfreeze until I have left my garrison and a different step becomes available in the guide.

With 8.3 Blizzard changed garrisons into instanced zones and Blizzard does not allow any arrow or navigation to work inside instanced zones. The arrow will work again once you leave the garrison. There is nothing we can do about this.
