World Quest not being started

Its says choose a world quest to complete but when I open my map and click on a wq nothing happens in the guide. Used to work but has stopped.

Try loading it with the World Quest Planner attached to the side of the main map.

I remember also having this same issue. I found that it works with the above suggestion by opening the map to this view, then clicking on a world quest like this in the screenshot:
(Note that I do have World Quest Tracker-- a separate addon installed so my icons look like that)
