Waypoint Arrow issue

Hi there.

I have recently returned to WoW and have completed a fresh install of both the game and my addons. Regardless of the guide I load the waypoint arrow shows a map icon with a red cross in it. I have tried multiple fresh installs of Zygor Guide viewer as well as disabling all other addons but so far nothing will resolve the issue. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Where exactly are you standing? Have you tried going to a different location and have you tried talking to the flight master so the guide viewer can see which flight paths you know?

It appears the issue was being in the garrison as when I left there the issue has rectified itself. Thanks for the prompt response.

Yes, Blizzard turned the garrisons into instanced areas (like a dungeon) and do not allow arrows to work in the instanced areas.
