Levelling error

Logged in to wow with zygor and it asked if i was eligible for chromie time? All options are highlighted red. And a message pops into my chat:

ERROR! Cannot jump from step 2 guide LEVELING/ battle for azeroth(10-50) kul tiras/tiragarde sound(10-50) this is guide chromie time. Please report this.

it told me to try manually navigating to the next step and still no luck. Help will be very much appreciated.

Sounds like an error in the trial guides. You need an active Elite subscription to have that Tiragarde Sound guide. The message shouldn't be an error but instead a message to inform you that you've reached the end of the trial guides.

Ahh i see, i only downloaded it at lvl 32 so i must have missed the opportunity to try it out. Thanks for your help

The best way to try out the guides is to start a new toon and test the guides with those starting levels.
