Waypoint Arrow Can't Move

I have the latest version of the viewer in retail, and when I try to drag the waypoint arrow and text the arrow and text blinks in and out once but won't move. Please help!

Double check the arrow settings to make sure you don't have it locked. If that is not it then try disabling all other addons to see if you can move it then.

I'm having the same issue, and just on one character (even after removing all other add-ons). Moving the arrow works fine on all other characters.

Try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

Yep, ZG Support 1 :-), that fixed it! After completing steps 1-3, I wasn't sure how to perform step 4; so I downloaded and installed a new client. All good now, thank you!

Yet again yes. I have the same problem. Waypoint arrow in the middle of the screen (Unlocked). yet will not move. All other addons disabled. This is occurring on at least 2 of my characters but not all.
