Using Zygor for Navigation

The way I've been using Zygor for navigation is by selecting a quest line and step that I know is in the general area I want to get to. Is there a better way to do this where I might use the wayfinder and hearth/utility to guide an optimal path? Would be great if I could accomplish this easily with Zygor vs another addon.

Open up the map and Shift + click on the spot you want to go to to set a manual waypoint for the arrow.
