This has happened to me on Rogue and Shaman.
Here's the example with my Shaman:
I'm on the Enhancement spec. This means I can wield melee weapons. However, Daggers do not count as One-Handed Melee weapons and some of my spells become unusable.
Zygor suggests I equip a Dagger since it provides better stats, but it doesn't account for the fact that it breaks my Enhancement spec spells.
