Gear upgrades - Equip All - not working

The new popup window option for gear upgrades (Equip All) is not working correctly. During a dungeon, another player traded me 3 items that are upgrades. The Equip all option popped up, I selected it. A little later (like 15 sections) it popped up again with 2 pieces of gear. I didn't see it again until I exited the dungeon when it asked for 2 same 2 pieces of gear again. Outside the dungeon, Soulbound gears seems to work with the Equiip all, but it still takes 2 or more attempts. BOP gear is sometimes equipped and sometimes not.

Are you in or out of combat? Stuff like that can not work when you are in combat so double check that to see if maybe you are in combat and don't realize it.

Also, there is a timer on the popup window. I'm not liking that. The gear upgrade used to stay on my screen until I closed it, declined it or accepted it.

I used Cloak of Coordination to port to Stormwind, the gear suggestion popped up telling me to put back on my cloak. By the time the port finished the popup was gone.

I just turned off "Toast Nofitifcations". I think the notifications are back the way they were.
