carajean happens on almost all my toons, even the orc I'm using right this minute

What is your class/spec? Also, in the Item Score section of the settings do you have the offspec option disabled for any of your specs?

This particular toon is a BM Hunter. I didn't even know there was a 'item score' settings page, and definitely have never updated it. <see screen capture attached>

We are investigating this to get it fixed. If you exit the game, go to your wow/retail/wtf/account/<accountname>/savedvariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there that should fix it.
