Ignore certain grey items?

With so many grey items now needed in the game (A Frayed Knot, Dark Iron Booties, Rabbit's Foot, etc.) I was wondering if there's a way to add these to an ignore list when selling greys?

There is no method to add them to an ignore list. If you are trying to collect those items for the battle pets then the best thing you could do would be to bank them before hitting a vendor and then when you have the 3 that you need pull them from the bank to go get the battle pet.
