Zygor Arrow not showing in garrison

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the way it's supposed to be, but the Zygor arrow always disappears in the garrison. I've attached a screenshot.Arrow bug.JPGArrow bug.JPG

It just goes to a little square about the map.

With 8.3 Blizzard changed garrisons into instanced zones and Blizzard does not allow any arrow or navigation to work inside instanced zones. The arrow will work again once you leave the garrison.
