Dunno if it has been pointed out before but every time I try to use a flight the window opens and closes instantly, I have to log out and disable Zygor in order to be able to use it.

Do you have the option to automatically take flights turned on? If so try disabling it. -

Can you check to see if this might be an addon conflict. To test it just disable all other addons so that Zygor is the only one enabled and then see if you can take any flights while Zygor is enabled.My Flight Path Follies guide
