Zygor Guide Viewer WoW

The Guide viewer is showing as a solid green square rather than a Z and is non responsive. I have installed the latest WoW patch (as of 10/29/2014) and the latest Zygor release that goes with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the client is not installing the guides to the correct location and you still have an old version in game. Open up your battle.net launcher and click on Options (just below the WoW logo) and then select Game Settings. Now on the new window that opens up click on Game Install/Update on the left and let me know what it shows for the WoW folder setting (not the default install directory setting, I need the folder used for game play).

Ok, open the Zygor updater client and click the gear icon in the bottom right. Now click on Game Installation on the left side and you'll see 3 folder settings for WoW with magnifying glass icons beside them. Use the magnifying glass icons to make the settings the following.

Installation Directory:
C:\Users\Public\World of Warcraft

Executable:
C:\Users\Public\World of Warcraft\Wow-64.exe

AddOns Directory:
C:\Users\Public\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons

Once that's done you can use the back arrow at the bottom right to go back to the main window and then you can do a reinstall with the wrench to get them installed. That should get it all fixed and working.

Thanks, I made the change to the installation directory, however, left the executable as c:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\wow-64.exe as that is where Wow was installed on my computer when I did the patch.
