Alliance Side, it's telling me to take "Dropping Bombs" from Miall, however the quest being offered is Dropping in by Magister Serena. They appear to have the same goals "Destroy Catapults", so I did it and marked it as complete. Now the guide is telling me to accept "Supply Recover", "Punching Through", and "Prized Repossessions" from Miall.
However what's offered is Orbs of Power, Vicious Viziers, and While We're in the Neighborhood, again by Magister Serena.
I can only imagine it has to do with me picking the Arcane building earlier, and although it appeared the guide worked fine somehow got jumbled up.
