From the achievement screen (y) - reputation - Draenor - Vol'jin's spear - click the zygor icon. In Zygor add on - click to proceed - "Can not jump from step 1 to guide 'REPUTATIONS\Warlords of Draenor\Vol'jin's Spear'.
