    Constant Random Disconnection

I've been getting randomly disconnected a lot over the past few days and after following some troubleshooting steps from Blizzard I found that the issue is with the Zygor addon, as it stops when the addon is disabled. Is there any way to solve this issue because this addon is one I use most.

When you are in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on the guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left corner for the version number?

Try exiting the game and go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything in there. Then go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface folder to Interface.old and rename the WTF folder to WTF.old. Then run the desktop client and reinstall the guides. Once that's done go back in the game (it will be as if you just installed the game and the only addon will be the guide viewer) and see if this 'reset' of everything fixed the disconnects.

That's good. I'm thinking that something in the cache or in the WTF was corrupted. You should be able to slowly add your different addons back into the game but if the disconnects come back then there is probably some kind of addon conflict happening.

Try disabling Elvui Reminder, WIM Elvui, and Enhanced Friends List. Those 3 have not been updated for patch 6.2 by their respective authors and so they are the most likely candidates for causing the problem. Make sure any addons you install/enable are updated for 6.2 to avoid any conflicts. The 3 I listed are still only for 6.0 which is almost a year ago.

I did that and it worked so I reinstalled the rest of the addons I used and disabled any that were not updated for 6.2, everything was fine for a while but it's happening again. I left my pc on last night and woke up to it turned off i turned it back on and got a message saying "The amount of system memory has been changed." and I noticed before I was getting an error message in game about low memory and it said disable some addons, could low memory cause this problem?

The amount of system memory should not change when you restart the computer unless you physically replaced some ram. You might want to have a PC tech do a check of your computer to see if the memory is starting to fail on it. If the memory is starting to go bad that could cause all sorts of weird things to happen.

Well I restarted my computer after I saw that message and it booted up just fine then later on I started getting disconnected again, and again disabling the Zygor addon fixed that.

And if you enable Zygor and disable all other addons? Still get the random disconnects in that scenario? Also since you were mentioning the system memory if you right click on the Computer icon on your desktop and select Properties what does it say on that window for your memory size?
