No Text Shown,Lua Errors

I purchased Elite pack few minutes ago and after loading the message given is "ERROR initializing,check the Lua errors and report them please." I have tried to delete all the Zygor files and reinstall Zygor client for several times,but still not work.

If you disable all other addons so only Zygor is enabled when you log in do you still get that message?

Yes,I have tried to disable all the addons except for Zygor. By the way, does it CN Server supported?

What game version is the CN server running? Are they on 6.2.4?

It should be working for you then. Try doing a full guide wipe/reset:

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

It doesn't work. I deleted all the files that you stated,no other addons,the problem's not solved.

Try this to see if it helps at all.

1. exit the game
2. go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything inside it (it will be re-made when you log in)
3. go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
4. run the Zygor desktop client and click the refresh button at the top right, then install a fresh set of guide files
5. go in game and see if you still get the message

I just solved the problem. Find the file named "Core_zhCN.lua" under wow\Interface\AddOns\ZygorGuidesViewer\Localizatio n, change "bHE101B" to "bHEI01B" . Now the guide is fully functional.
