Still receiving LUA errors

So everything was going fine with the guide. Did everything that was recommended and also redid it when i started receiving this error. Disabled all addons and its still continuing. this is the error im getting :

Do you get the error if you disable all other addons?

yeah i do get the error. ive tried disable the addons which led to removing the addons altogether and i still get the error.

I get this error everytime I start up, and I do not use any other add ons! :/
