Error on starup

Since the patch, I am unable to use the guide. I re-installed twice to no avail

I get this error:

An error occurred while the client was starting.
Please try again shortly. If this error persists, please
contact our support staff for assistance in resolving this error.

Now I am getting a double error from Java that comes from Zygor guides. Since there's no response and no chat available for 2 days, I am going to uninstall and cancel membership while you sort things out.

Chat has been available the last 2 days, but chat is not a 24/7 thing. We only have one person who handles chats and they can't always be at a computer to chat.

For your in-game problem try doing a full guide wipe/reset.

1. Exit WoW
2. Go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. Go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. Run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. Go back in game and see if that fixed it

I am getting the problem with the client not loading when I start up my laptop...
