LUA ERROR - Viewer Frame

Try doing a full guide wipe/reset.


1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the installer client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game and see if that fixed it

You all were able to find the Zygor files within the SavedVariables folder to delete them? And you did all of the deleting after you had exited the game?

Edit: Ignore that. We've confirmed the break. Looking into it right now and will have it fixed as quickly as we can.

I have tried to delete Zygor from my computer and then reinstall it but I have not been able to get it to work. Zygor is also up to date with the latest fix.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

I also have the same LUA Error als described above (attempt to index field 'CV' (a nil value)), every time I enter combat.
The steps listed above did not help.

My zygor version is 6.0.14532

Try a bit of a more in depth test.

1. exit the game
2. go to your WoW/Cache folder and delete everything in there
3. go to your WoW folder and rename the Interface and WTF folders to Interface.Old and WTF.Old
4. run the desktop client, click the refresh button at the top right, then click on Install
5. go in game for testing

Do the steps I have listed in post #11 above. If you don't find the files for step 3 keep looking as there are many different SavedVariables folders.
