Vanguard of the Silver Hand does not work with Zygor

I tried to use the Paladin Class Hall upgrade ability "Vanguard of the Silver Hand" to complete a world quest.

I get the animation and the quest disappears, but nothing else.

The item is not used and a couple of minutes later the quest shows up again. No completion.

I used the advice at https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/17613641259 and disabled JUST Zygor and tried again - worked as expected.

We are aware of the problem with the world quest insta-complete items not working when the guide viewer is enabled and working on getting that fixed.
