Gold Guide Scanning Problems

I just purchased this guide and I'm having a problem with the scan freezing up at around 93% most of the time. I cleared my wtf, cache, and interface folders and reinstalled zygor with no improvements. I also set the scan to the lowest setting and still nothing helps. Everything else seems to work fine except for the gold guide which is the main reason I purchased the guide. I'm running a 4th generation I7 16gb ram and geforce 960m

Are you allowing the desktop client to run in the background so it can grab the hourly data? If so you do not need to do a full scan in game, just reload the UI to make sure you have the latest hourly info loaded for the gold guide to use. As for the actual full scan locking up, do you have any other addons loaded?
