Guide viewer is stuck

Hi, the guide viewer has two guides displayed. One, faded, from a world quest in Argus "Rare: Tar Splitter", and another stacked on top of the former, working like normal in the foreground. When I change guides, the one on top functions like normal; however, the one on the bottom won't go away or change - it's just stuck there.
Any ideas? I have run "Scan & Repair" as well as "Reinstall" to no avail. World Of Warcraft Screenshot 2017.11.21 - 09.44.39.80.png

Try right clicking on that tar spitter step and see if you have a remove option in that small menu.
