Issue with accepting and turning in Quests

This issue started when the guide sent me to Western Plaguelands. The gist of it is, on occasion, when I try and accept or turn in quests, there's no response. However, if I click the Goodbye button, this appears to fix the problem.

I'm only reporting it now because it's happening almost all the time in Eastern Plaguelands.

If you disable all other addons do you still see this issue?

Yes, I did that. I'm now in Badlands and, with my addons enabled, I haven't seen the issue (yet, and knock on wood). I believe there's something buggy happening in Western and Eastern Plaguelands. My apologies for not being able to provide more than a cursory review.

Hi, Zygor,

Here's a status update pertaining to this issue. I am now in Swamp of Sorrows and haven't seen the issue since. It appears to be isolated to Western and Eastern Plaguelands.
