Suddenly my quests are in auto-accept -- I've checked the options and "auto-accept" is off. Is there something silly I did and can be fixed from my end? At a loss here

Do you have any other quest addons? Like Carbonite? It has a auto accept feature. If not just turn the addons of one by one to see when it stops.I'm Rebur, Tadia, or Judianna most games.
