Hey, first of all, - I want to say that I've used all major and leading leveling guides, than I heard about the SIS [Smart Injection System] and I said to my self, ''Hey , I'm a busy man, working, - and just got back to wow since I have some free time now, let's start to relevel my shammy[level 54 currently]
so I send an E-mail to John[Zygor] and after 3 hours I receive A fully answered response, over 200 words personally written to me, which even before I had read them, they made me feel that I will get a personal attention, so I bought the horde guide, got In-Sync with EASE at like... 1-2hours or so.. 'since It took me like 20min to figure out how it works and which steps to do and which not.
So, thanks John, thanks for all the effort you putted into your guides and the effort and attention you give to your costumers,
Best guide I've used, PERIOD, and you can quote me on that, Been playing WoW since day one of the Retail EU'.
